CORPORATE COACHING
productivity, collaboration and well‑being.
I support managers, professionals and teams in regaining clarity, presence and alignment with their values, so they can work in a more authentic, effective and sustainable way.
My coaching helps develop more conscious leadership, communication and decision‑making, improving the way people inhabit their roles and relationships.
When people don’t feel in the right place — even if they are competent — productivity drops, collaboration becomes rigid and roles start to feel heavy.
Finding one’s own way of inhabiting work is what allows companies to function better, with more solid results and more present, grounded people.

MY WORK WITH COMPANIES
I worked for years in London in training and development, collaborating with multinational companies in the beauty, retail and education sectors.
I led teams, trained managers and supported companies such as Shiseido, SpaceNK and Marangoni School in pathways of growth, communication and leadership.
In my work, I supported managers in improving communication, delegation and trust within their teams, reducing micromanagement and increasing autonomy, responsibility, well‑being and role clarity.
Coaching became the natural evolution of my path: today I help people and teams work with more presence, alignment and results.

WHO IS IT FOR?
BENEFITS
GREATER ROLE CLARITY
More awareness of what the role truly requires, less ambiguity, more direction. Clearer leadership leads to more effective decisions and more autonomous teams.
SIMPLER INTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS
More direct communication, fewer misunderstandings, more collaboration. People work better when they feel seen, heard and aligned.
LESS FRICTION BETWEEN PERSON AND ROLE
Reduced internal conflict between who you are and what you’re expected to do. When identity and role speak to each other, performance becomes more natural and sustainable.
GREATER ALIGNMENT BETWEEN PERSONAL VALUES AND BUSINESS OBJECTIVES
More coherence, motivation and presence. Companies function better when people work in a way that feels true to them.

frequently asked questions
How is a coaching program structured in a company?
It begins with an introductory call to understand needs, roles, and goals. From there, we develop a customized program: individual, team, or mixed, always focused on presence, communication, and clear roles.
How long does a coaching session last?
The duration depends on the context: individual courses start with six one-hour sessions (sometimes two, depending on the tools used). For teams and workshops, the duration ranges from half a day to a full day, with the option of scheduling multiple sessions.
Quarterly group meetings and monthly individual sessions can also be integrated to support change over time.
The goal is always the same: to create concrete and sustainable changes, not endless journeys.
What results can managers and teams expect?
Greater role clarity, simpler communication, less internal friction, and greater alignment between personal values and business objectives. Results that improve both well-being and performance.
Is it also suitable in times of change or reorganization?
Yes. Coaching is particularly effective when roles, structures, or goals are changing. It helps people and teams regain direction, presence, and cohesion while everything is changing.
